I got the name Walter William because in the 1901 Census, Walter William is shown living in Willesden, with his wife Elizabeth and son Walter J. The dates seem to match the marriage certificate issued in 1900. |

Thanks for the input! The only question I have is: Are you folks using some other site to get your information? Because no matter how I fed the names in I could never get all four names (Thomas, Gaythorne, George and Walter) to show up at the same time. I've been at it for three years now and have yet to get any further than Thomas Smith! On my wife's side of the family, and on my mother's side I've got back into the early 1700's. Of course it could be the "Smith" syndrome causing the problem? |

I'm looking for any leads that will get me past the "brick wall" I've run into. I am looking for information on a Thomas Smith who had (3) sons: William Gaythonre Smith (1874), George Frederick Smith (1876) and Walter William Smith (1879). Walter William married Elizabeth Jane Ellard June 3, 1900. William Gaythorne married Caroline Louisa Davis December 25, 1901, and George Frederick married Elizabeth Ann Kelly on the very same day. On the marriage certificates their father Thomas Smith is listed as a horsekeeper/stableman. I will be grateful of any help getting over the hurdle I'm confronted with. I have acquired lots of information that has led me nowhere. |
