Frank William Breach of Manchester studied engineering at university in London. He went to Mexico in 1860, working for "Palarjo Company" and "Mexican Goldfield Limited" as the mine administrator/manager.
Frank married Isaura Chavez Sarmiento, and had at least one child by the name of Jacob BREACH. (This) Jacobo William Breach (Chavez) c1879 was born in Chinipas, Chihuahua, Mexico and married Carmelita Russo BUSTAMANTE. Jacob William BREACH died in 1934.

Frank William BREACH's father was also likely named Frank BREACH, who was married to Elisa WILLIAMS, both likely of Manchester, UK. Elisa WILLIAMS BREACH died March 20, 1884 in Manchester.

I am looking to find the exact BREACH line from which Frank William BREACH descends, hopefully being able to eventually trace his ancestors back to the Sussex BREACH lines.

If you look at the 1920 US census, there is this household: in El Paso:

Mary appears to be Maria Breach Heuser.

I don't pay for access to US census info, but I'd suggest you check out the household -- someone has corrected all the names from Hanser to Heuser, and it might be worth getting in touch with that person to see whether they have any info about Mary/Maria's family history.

I am waiting to hear back from a living ancestor of Frank William Breach about the Heuser/Hanser name, to see what knowledge (if any) they have.

The 1920 El Paso cenus find is a great find! I am assuming that 'Arthur' Heuser is 'Arturo'?

For the record, Isaura Chavis (Breach) should be spelled as Isaura Chavez, according to the family.
