The only way to find what Hilda Moss married Albert Whitelegg is to get her marriage certificate! which will tell you Hilda's age, father's name and father's occupation -- and if you're lucky, might have one of her siblings as a witness to the marriage.

Kind of unclear -- are you saying that you *know* that your Hilda Moss had these parents and siblings? or that you have found the record MM posted, for instance, and are trying to determine that it is *your* Hilda Moss?

To be certain, you will -- as we all do -- have to obtain your Hilda's birth and/or marriage certificate, to get her parents'/father's name.
