My wife Cynthia Joan Ross nee Mountcastle has no information other than what I have researched on her father Frank Mountcastle.
I have been trying to find living relatives of the mountcastles or Stubbs who may have a photograph of Frank. In doing this reseach I came across two GU members trees that gives a Frank Mountcastle married to a Gertrude Gamwell before marrying Cynthia's mother Elizabeth Livingston McInnes Prentice. But on questioning them they say they got the information passed on to them.

Let me give some of the information requested all taken from certificates

Frank Mountcastle b 8th June 1903 Father George,Mother Fanny Maxted. The Cliff Spridlington, Licoln.

Guardsman 3rd Battn Colestream Guards2651719 Frank Mountcastle aged 31 married Elizabeth Livingston McInnes Prentice 14th July 1934. Westminster
Cynthia Joan Mountcastle born 29/11/1934.

Frank Mountcastle aged 39, divorced husband of ELMcP, married Florence Kate Stubbs 24th December 1942.Spridlington.
No children recorded.

Frank Mountcastle died 2nd March 1969 aged 65. Stamford

I have come across a Gertrude Gamwell married to a Frank Mountcastle ( b1903 Lincolnshire). Frank is my wife's (Cynthia Mountcastle's father) but have no record of his previous marriage to Gertrude Gamwell. Our information backed by documentation shows Frank married to Cynthia's mother Elizabeth Prentice in 1934. Frank remarried, after divorce, a Florence Kate Stubbs in 1942.
I would be grateful for any information on a Gertrude Gamwell b circa 1903 married to a Frank Mountcastle.
