According to info I've received from descendants of the couple my relative "Thomas Henry" Lea was born in Gwersyllt Denbighshire in c 1887.He is supposed to have married an Alexandrina Phyllis Bright at Tynemouth Northumberland in 1909.Again from info received the couple had a son Thomas born in 1910. |

Thanks for your replies,I wonder where the father of the young Thomas was?Yes I looked up the marriage for Alexandrina Phyllis Bright and as it appears there is a name missing. This "Thomas Henry" Lea the supposed husband of A P Bright is a real mystery,no one can find his death either. The nearest Birth that is local that would fit is that of a Henry Lea in 1886 in the Wrexham District of Denbighshire. The couple are given as having two more children an Ena Mary born in Whitley Bay Northumberland in 1912 and a William Arthur born in Marylebone Middlesex in 1915. |

The obvious solution is to purchase the marriage cert.........for some facts about the man. Relying on unsubstantiated recollections can be futile |

Thanks Flick, yes the death you give is certainly a possibility.I'm going to go through the Trees I have access to of all the others who have Alexandrina Bright and the Lea to see whether there may be anything I have missed so far! |
