His age is a bit out from the marriage info - apparently aged 29 in 1916.
But you never know!

Maureen - I just posted that you can search using the FreeBMD site.

You put in Harvey under surname and Bass under Mother's surname and select births and search.

Like I said, it doesn't look like they had any children as there are no births in the area and the dates seem too long after their marriage and seem to link up to other marriages between Harvey and Bass couples.

How are you connected to them and do you know for sure if they had any children at all?

And by the way - you dont have to type everything in capital letters!

Thanks Helen - so looks like she was a Bass - but there no births for this couple. There is a birth in 1915 in Edmonton, but probably not theirs, others seem to be much later and in other areas.

It is easy to do a search on www.freebmd.org.uk by putting in Harvey and Bass for the surnames - select births and search.

There does not appear to be any likely looking births for this couple - unless Bass was not her maiden name and perhaps a previous married name.

Have you tried looking on freebmd to see if the marriage produced any children?

EDIT: I presume the marriage was in England/Wales........you haven't given a location.

TIP: It's customary to say 'please' when asking for help from others
