Hello everyone
I have just received my uncles Navy war badges. They were given to me in the original small brown box addressed from OHMS. In it are his 1939-1945 medal, the France and Germany Star and the 1939-1945 Star. Also in the box there are 3 others; an East lancs Egypt badge, a plastic RAOC cap badge BUT also an unidentified Wings badge.
I would love to know what it is and who it may have belonged to.
It is brass, 2 3/4 inch across, blue enamel wings either side of a red enamel circle with 2 capital E's inside, the smaller E on the middle strut of the larger capital E.
Can anyone identify this badge ?
