I'm trying to find any information on an Alice Lowe she married my great grandfather Frederick James Stephen Cecil Snell in 1918 in fulham, they divorced in 12th march 1928.

They had three children Helen Margaret Cecil Snell b. 27th Jan 1919
Stephen Charles James Christopher Snell b. 5th March 1920 and
Barbara Mary b. 15th November 1923.

I would love any information on Alice or her Children.

On the wedding certificate it says that Alice Lowe's Father is an Albert Jones Lowe a bridge builder, and Frederick's father is a Frederick henry Snell who is an accountant.

That's all i know, im also interested in finding info about their children as these would be my grandfather's half siblings that none of us knew about.

Could you state the Father's name from Stephen CJC Snells's marriage certificate, and have you got the actual birth certificate for Stephen with parents' names on it?

I've worked out how to delete it now.

on his bbirth certificiate it states iw mother as alice snell formerly lowe, and his dad as frederick james stephen cecil snell a pay clerk ex private royal munster fusiliers

ive currently misplaced his wedding certificate but as far as memory serve on there it stated his father as a charles snell singer.

but it did have an alice lowe as a witness.

however his father my great grandfather was shot in the throat during the war so i doubt he ws a singer and none of his names are charles? however he did have a brother called chalres.

a side step from stephen does any one know why i cannot find my great grandfather frederick james stephen cecil's father with them on any census? he was an accountant called frederick henry snell.
