So they were both probably living with their parents in 1871 census
Thomas Tinworth's father was Joshua b 1812
Susan's father was Jacob birth year unknown.

You would presume the Hart family lived in Surrey if she married there?
I can only find a couple of possible Jacob harts in the 1881 census but can't be sure of any of them
can you search censuses for occupations eg Bailiff?
