Thanks for 1901 census info.
It's all a bit confusing now as my cousin and I now think that Florence White on the 1901 census is correct as she was born 1876 Bungay.
But the 1881 and 1891 is probably a different Florence.
I found someone on GR who has a marriage for Florence White (daughter of James White and Maria Gooch) to Daniel Elwin in 1905, so that is another reason to eliminate this one.

She married Henry Balls in 1898 at Cookley
Her Father on marriage certificate was James White, a farmer
Children were William born 1899, Gladys, Henry, Victor, Alexander and Winnie
