Maggie in Leics Report 27 Oct 2010 08:55

Just wondering if anyone can see some of my husband's family in 1891?

Have found some, but looks like they were not all together...

This is them in 1881:

Isaac Marash, Head, M, Male, 45, Brody Galicam, Austria, Traveller With Sponge (Commercial)
Matilda Marash, M, Female, 26, Kulvaria, Russia
Rose Marash, Dau, Female, 3, Mile End Road, Middlesex, England
Kate Marash, Dau, Female, 2 Kensington, Middlesex, England
Joseph Marash, Son, Male, 3m

Have found Isaac and Rose in 1891 but not the others.

Isaac died in 1899, and the rest were all together again in 1901.

Am told that Matilda spoke no English so think that Matilda, Kate and Joseph may have been mistranscribed in 1891 . Be grateful if anyone can have better luck than I did in tracking them down.

Thanks,

Maggie
