Have you searched trees on here to see if anyone else has him on a tree?
If you send for the birth cert (which of course may not be his)you can then search the deaths for him by exact date of birth on Find My Past.

He may still be alive of course...

Trying to find any information on a Thomas M Williams born about 1927 in Middlesbrough. I was told by my late mother that he was my father, so trying to trace any of his relatives.If anyone can help please get in touch. Regards Mary
