For Vera! If you go on 1911 site (not logged on) and do a free search there is an option to search for names beginning with a certain letter. You can just work your way along the alphabet. |

On the 1911 Census the occupation of two daughters aged 25 and 21 is shown as Ive Makers. Does anyone have any ideas as to what that might be? I have looked on an "Old Occupations" website, and also Googled it, both to no avail. Any ideas please!! |
