I can find 2 William Jarrett's living in Banbury and other areas, born Oxfordshire around 1836, but not with a daughter Minnie Ada.
You need to get the birth certificate to find her Mother's name, and then we can try and find them again in the censuses.

I think there is only one Grimsbury. Banbury is in North Oxfordshire bordering Northamptonshire and Warwickshire.
