She was born in Cardiff in 1925. She married Arthur Charles Foley in 1945. She was born Phyllis Tustin. Her mother's surname was Balich (Balick). I shall be grateful for any leads. Thank you.

I'm struggling to find any births or marriages based on the info provided. What are the sources of your information? Edit: - it appears the surnames are the other way round!

	Wendy I think you have Phyllis's name and mother's maiden name mixed up.
