That looks like him. On the original it looks like Pinkus. They had 10 children, 4 of whom had died so there might be others in England.

On the original 1911 form the parents and Loui, Bloomah and Lazarus are all b Russia/Poland with Russian nationality. The rest of the children are born London St Georges E with Jewish nationality.

Okay I know my great grandmothers name on my mothers side was Hinda Needleman already but am looking for her maiden name as in before she took the name in marriage to her husband Isaac. And it is in the Uk not Us I am looking for the information on. Last address was in London Uk in the 1911 census forms.
