Trying to find please what happened ( marriages ? children ? deaths ? ) to Augusta Davis Born c1866 in Somerset England and her brother Ernest G Davis Born c1871 Cape Colony South Africa. Their parents are John Frederick Davis (a Civil Engineer birthdate and place unknown ) and Mary Ann nee Gordon B1839 England who married in 1863 in Weston Super Mare, Somerset England. ( their deaths would be in SA and are unknown ) Verbal family history says that the family stayed in SA and that Augusta married "well" and visited England a couple of times in the 1930's hiring a Rolls Royce to tour around in. . Any information would be gratefully received. Thanks in advance to researchers for any assistance. |
