where did you get his birth circa 1889 from?

the 1881 census I gave previously is for 4 Cross Row, Bedlington, the James on there was born in 1880/1

the parents names fit what you say

the 1891 and 1911 census's I give are also for Cross Row Bedlington and again parents names fit Mary born in Sunderland, James Senior born Killingworth/ Earsdon

You really need to explain how you know where he was born and who his mother is. Bedlington comes under Morpeth District and there's no birth that fits.
