These are all on fmp's Parish collection marriages. Perhaps these are a variance on that name?

There are several close variations in the Cornish parish records on FMP. The spelling of surnames ( and sometimes christian names ) wasn't really standardised at that time.

EDIT Tregidia, Tregiddiah, Tregidio etc etc most seem to come from gerrans which is on the Roseland peninsula near St Just.

Here it is on Cornwall OPC. It has been transcribed 4 times with the same name by different people but one added this.

Hi Guys.

I have the very rare surname of Tregidiard on my family tree. Her name was Mary and she married Solomon Pasco in St Just in Roseland. I have searched for other people with the same last name on the free bmd, but I have found no matches and the freely available for parish records for Cornwall only have her on them. I think, that if she had siblings, they may have been all girls or the men didn't marry or have legitimate children. Any ideas please?
