Hi Iam looking for information about a family who lived at 28 George Street Boston after 1911. They were Minnie and Charles Edward Cousens Charles was known as 'Ted' He had a fishing boat. Any information about this household would be appreciated They were married in Boston 1911 but Minnie [Minnerva] is on Sleaford Census for 1911 as a widow Thankyou |

Re-reading your first post, not 100% sure what you are after. Are you aware it's not really practical to look at addresses till about 1919? |

After 1911 you need to look at electoral registers. They are searchable by address only. There are some earlier ones, but for most people 1919 onwards are the only useful ones as in that year men over 21 and women over 30 got the vote. You have to search these in person or ask someone to look for you. Obviously only those registered to vote will be shown. There is very little to find otherwise1911-1919 apart from births, marriages and deaths. |

Did they have any children? Birth certs will give an address. |

No we are way down the line Minnie was my husbands mothers sister formerly Beckett I am trying to trace a child they had who died before he was 10 known as Ronnie but as they adopted him [not formerly they may have changed his surname from Cooper] this would have been after 1919 so I thought tracking the family may give me a lead He died as a result of an accident at school |

Well, he wouldn't show up on electoral register anyway so there goes that theory! You will need to trace his death record. |

that is difficult because I am not sure of his name. Would such a death be recorded in local papers |

Quite probably - if not a report, at least a notice of the funeral. Can you narrow it down even a little? |

I wonder if we need to find his birth first really? If you are saying he was born Cooper with same maternal name there is only one: |
