Rose Selina K Palmer b 1880 Broadwey Dorset
I have this marriage for Rose on freebmd Marriages Sep 1903 BAILEY Frederick John Weymouth 5a 683 BAILY Frederick John Weymouth 5a 683 PALMER Rose Selina K Weymouth 5a 683 I thought this was a transcription error on the grooms name . but it is apparently true both men married on the same day
Can I please ask if a 1911 lookup could confirm who my Aunt married
Thank you
Irene

No idea - not every page on Freebmd - have equal numbers of men to women
It depends how the registers are written up

Hi Maureen
Thanks for looking at that entry - must confess I got sidetracked on
Deaths Dec 1904 BAILEY Ada Rose 0 Lambeth 1d 229 -
but her birth is listed as Births Mar 1904 Bailey Ada Rose Camberwell 1d 1039
But it still could be her daughter ´as they married in Sept qtr 1903 -
I think I may send for a cert - if I cannot find out anymore
Simply because the Palmers frequently used Ada to register and baptise their girls . then it is never ever used - her sister was Ada Susan - and Rose was her name and my Nan s- her sister in law -
If so it is really tragic - IF - her first daughter dies in Dec qtr and then she her self dies - lets hope Rose Doris K - did in deed survive
I have spent a couple of hours now looking for Frederick John Bailey - who i believe to be Births Sep 1877 Bailey Frederick John Wimborne 5a 261
I found a John Bailey - Grandson of Esau Bailey in 1881 Born Cranborne Dorset - but although I found other Bailey s baptised at Cranborne - he was not listed and the records finish at 1879
There is an entry 1911 census for Frederick - BAILEY, Frederick 1878 33 M Wimborne Dorsetshire
But I cannot look at it - to see if any children are listed with him - if it is him
Can I please ask you to look for me - and would welcome your thoughts on the girls
Thank you for your help Maureen it is much appreciated

Maureen Thanks for all your help - when I saw the census I realised I must have searched before for Frederick Bailey - possibly because of the marriage entry confusion - and have it in my files
Oh Well - copy certs next

Just to say huge thanks -- Baby Rose did survive and is listed with Rose Selina Kate Palmers sister----Ada Susan --- in 1911 --- who also was married to a Bailey
Have yet to find the relationship with Rose Selina -- Bailey and Ada Susan ---- but am actively searching for them now
Dea managed to find the 1911 records as husband was using his second name -- and Ada Susan birth place was mstranscribed
Brilliant is it not
So thanks Maureen --------much appreciated
