Find Ancestors

Trying to find the parents of Percival Archibald Salisbury and Bessie Snell. They married in Dec 1911 in Totnes and had Percival Salisbury in March 1912. I think Bessie came from Totnes where they were married. There is a Bessie Snell born 1890 in Totness which may be her but couldn't fnd anything for Percival Arcibald. He was in the Navy from the age of 12 and died on HMS Repulse in 1916. Don't know if his father was in the navy before. Any help much appreciated.
