I would think the first 1911 already posted is best bet but why the difference in middle name

Think we could do with some feedback on this one

I suppose the death is only recorded as the person thought they knew it?

Maybe his death informant thought his middle name was Carroll?

Glitter Baby I keep going back to your birth......I note that it is Frederick Carroll F; wondering whether the initial F is for Fry. Perhaps Frederick dropped the surname Woodbury and called himself Frederick Carroll Fry.....just a thought.

Yes, Tracey it must be something like that. I'm leaning more towards your 1911 census and trying to find perhaps a Woodbury/Hall connection
