Member Since: December 2006 Posts: 50 Send Message	cant find sarah marion hoggan at all in birth records she married a fredderick lumley in 1937 west hartlepool her father was a robert hoggan from west hartlepool he was a publican found some one called robert hoggan on the 1911 census bt also found a preston hoggan on the 1901 census so looked up births for sarah marion fredderick her husband was born in 1908 has any one got any help here beth
