This is interesting. Looking for Elizabeth Draydon and this is what comes up. She is a Seamstress at the Lunatic Asylum. Interestingly there is a John Jago there too working as a Night Watch but born 1823

On 1861census John Jago Born 1833, Butcher Bodmin Cornwall, wife Elizabeth b.1835, daug Amy 4 and Elly (Etty) 11 mths, living with them Jane Verran 66. This is Elizabeth's mother. On 1871 census I find John is b.1838, still a Butcher in Bodmin but changed address to Honey St. There is no mention of his wife Elizabeth, but I cannot find a death, and he has loads more children.I feel this is still my John Jago as Jane Verran is still living with them. Then on 1881 census I find John again b.1833 Butcher, Honey St. Bodmin , but now he has another wife called Elizabeth and she is 3 years older than him.He also still has 2 of his children living with him,Mary and John jnr. Could anyone tell me if the first Elizabeth did die, if so when and when did he marry the second Elizabeth, and if it is not asking too much where did all the children come from and what happened to Amy and Elly(Etty). Part of me thought they were 2 different families but Grandma Jane Verran is there all the time. I know this is a long one but please help me as I think I am going mad. Thanking all of you in anticipation.
