I've checked the 1901 census, Vera and Emma is an inmate in the North London Homes for Christian Blind Men and Women in Holloway it doesn't look as if it is the prison; she is listed as Blind.

Yes that right LB......I wonder if this Emma is the one that Rebecca is after........I cannot find anyhting about her criminal record.

i've managed to go back as far as john bird 1805, i know he married hannah and they had at least two children thomas and john, but i can not seem to find who john bird parents were, please help
