ja...x

I'm certain sure that they are not at all gentle!

I had 4 obviously "finger" bruises on my upper right arm when I came home back in September. That was not the operation side ................. but someone must have gripped me hard. The bruising on the left side was quite incredible!

Been out for the evening ................. it's Fall Graduation at the university, and tonight was the Presiddent's Reception for Honorary Degree Recipients.

OH is always invited 'cos of his "job" as Student Marshal .............. and so I get to go along as well

One of the Honorary Degree people this time is someone you might have heard of ..... David Suzuki.

He was still on faculty here when we came in 1968.......... and it was nice that he genuinely remembered OH.

so a good evening out ..................... but I'm now wiped. This fatigue strikes so quickly!

Hi all, hope you are all good.

Am back from hospital. aside from a few problems with low blood pressure and a bit of a temperature all seems to be okay.

Am a bit tired and Gracie is a bit scared of all the bruising.

Off to dr's now, just wanted to pop in and say hi :-)

Will try to get back on today or tomorrow

Cheers

My response to real estate people who phone and say

"Are you interested in selling your house? I have clients wanting to buy in your area"

Me:- "No, we're not interested in selling at the moment, but I will keep a note of your name. We keep a list of all realtors who phone. They are the ones we will NOT be contacting when we do decide to sell."

realtor hangs up fast!

I've been getting 2 or 3 of those computer calls a week for the last few weeks ............ the gentleman at the other end always has a very thick Indian accent.
