are we surprised???

I read the following this morning on the news page on my computer:-

"North Koreans sent to labour camps for not mourning enough

A news site that monitors activity in North Korea reports citizens of that country have been shipped to labour camps if they didn't shed genuine tears after the recent death of dictator Kim Jong-Il.

The North Korean government appears to have completed "criticism sessions" which allow neighbours and co-workers to identify people who didn't cry, or at least didn't appear genuine in shedding tears.

The minimum sentence for failing to mourn according to the script is six months in a labour camp."

I thought the tears looked fake on TV :-D :-D :-D

Cynthia Report 13 Jan 2012 08:57

Thanks Sylvs.....I'll help with the washing up whilst your OH is away.

Isn't it odd about the grapefruit thing.....and the way it interferes with certain meds ? :-S

My doc once told me that when you get to a 'certain age', the weight which lands in one's tum area is very hard to shift and any weight loss tends to come off other areas such as the face. I have decided to breathe in and keep smiling! :-D

I've never stuck to a diet for very long - no self control ;-)

Am hoping for a nice quiet day today............sigh.

Gee

Sylvs, can we have that on the breakfast menu for us slimmers <3

Since starting this healthy eating and exercise, I have had the worst weeks sleep ever, last night being the king of awake....I thought eating well was supposed to make you feel good :-S
