I had to take a quick look over there as I had all these e-mails telling me that you were waiting for me. I didn't stay long though but I did have a good giggle at the sign post which Persie posted! - SO funny.

Fresh fruit salad with vanilla yoghourt
broiled grapefruit with brown sugar

Porridge with chopped up dates, bananas, and maple syrup (other fruit selections over there >>>> )

Selection of cold cereals

French (eggy) toast, maple syrup, Golden syrup


Toast (sourdough, rye, white, whole grain, 100% brown, Hovis, gluten free),
hot cinnamon rolls,
cheddar chive rolls,
brie, onion and red pepper focaccia

cheese and onion tarts, smoked salmon quiche,

almond crumble peach muffins, apple pecan muffins,

jams, jellies


Tea, coffee, juices


(some bacon, turkey sausage or sausage patties, eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, olive oil, in the hidey place to cook up for the very hungry ones!)
