Hi Sylvs.........

It's been like a November day here today - SO misty, grim and grey. I was in a queue of traffic following a white double decker earlier......it kept eerily disappearing into the mist...................

Talking of midwives and stuff...........one of my friends became a very proud first time grandmother last week.

The birth was slightly unusual.

It happened on the bathroom floor before the ambulance could get there.

The baby was given a welcome kiss by the family dog!!! :-S

Different!!!!

Gee

Gee Report 24 Jan 2012 20:35

Yes Miss............

I dont go all day without food, it was just that I was very busy and didnt have time to eat

SylviaInCanada

SylviaInCanada Report 24 Jan 2012 20:33

Gins

not eating all day is the worst possible way of dieting!!

You should have a decent breakfast, a small lunch and small dinner.

It's sometimes said that your largest meal should be at lunch time ......... that allows time for your body to burn off the calories ............... rather than in the evening, when it is only a matter of 2 or 3 hours before going to bed.
