I have loaded the dishwasher, so if everyone else puts their plates in there... I will put it on.

I washed the wok by hand and it is back in the cupboard under the buffet counter...

Hi Persie

think you're right about not skipping!

Doesn't affect my typing ...... it's in my lower back, where my spine is deteriorating. But it can mean I have to be wary which chair I am able to sit in!

I have my prescribed medication .... Tylenol 3. I'm not sure what you have, but its equivalent in the UK is paracetamol with codeine.

I hate when I have to take the maximum dosage of that.

Heat pads also help.

Anyway, it is easing off now :-)

Best not to skip then..... :-)

Does the ache make it difficult to type? Did they give you any medication or are you living with the pain? :-(

I don't skip anymore... I still have my skipping rope that my father made me.. I think I last used it when I went to exercise classes at the local hall while youngest was at Kindergarten.

Skipping ropes are very handy.. my two girls have an over 5 year age gap between them.. the little one grew up quickly playing the older ones games.. but the fun that can be had with one skipping rope.. it became two microphones and the hearth was the stage and so so many renditions of Abba... and Boney M's "Brown Girl in the ring" I had to buy a second rope so the neighbours kids could join in.
