Lost --- 00 --- well actually 0,01 of a kilo --- not pleased

On Sunday I made and iced three separate birthday cakes -- and never tasted a crumb or even a lick of the butter cream spoon

LK,

Look on the bright side, falling up the stairs is usually preferable and likely to cause less damage to you than if you fall down them.

Take more water with it next time.

Cyn,

:-P, :-P and thrice :-P

I had a fall today up the stairs and landed full weight on both hands.

My arm and shoulder is hurting somewhat more than usual.

Strange thing is I do not know how I did it.
