Ginns - you need a 'balanced' diet !!!
And that does NOT mean 6 sprouts on one side of your plate and 6 more on the other !!! ;-) :-D
You must choose something to go with them!

Good morning all - must be time for breakfast :-D
I will have Chicken Karage followed by Caribbean Banana Fritters drizzled with syrup................ Yuummmmm!!
I am so looking forward to lunch - It 'all' looks delicious but you have my very favourite salad starter today - "Warm goat’s cheese salad with olive oil and balsamic vinegar dressing".
I prepare that quite a lot myself and usually make a whole meal of it in the summer time.
Thank you Sylvia,

OOOhhh yummm! - Grand-daughter and I made flapjacks on Thursday - just finishing the last one off!
I have to say that they bear no resemblance to the soggy soft ones that you buy in the shops!
Ours are crisp and DELICIOUS !!!

I think it only actually worked for a few days Cyns and then it wasn't really working because people were getting 20 or 30 messages for each post. - That seems to be why they suspended it.

In theory you're supposed to Gins. Hasn't been working for a while though. Now I think about it, I think GR did tell us they had suspended it - but don't ask me when that was!! Last summer probably.
Had a good day everyone??????????????

Thank you Sylvia....brunch looks super.
Raining here and looking very grey indeed. There was that awful word Snow mentioned on the weather forecast last night.......I do hope it was a mistake. :-(
Would quite happily sit here in my jim jams all day today.

Oh dear, LK
what a day!
I do hope your granddaughter soon gets better.
OH once split his pants from crotch almost to waist ................... in the lab bending down to a bottom drawer, and he had a lecture to give later.
Two options ............ wear a lab coat OR he did have an electric sewing machine in the back room of the lab 'cos they used to stitch pieces of paper together for one of the experiments they did regularly.
so ........................ he went in the back room, took his pants off, and did a rapid repair! :-D :-D
