Well, as I am still the only one who has managed to get into the kitchen, I will prepare a 'little something' for when the rest of you arrive:

Fresh fruits and yoghurts over there >>>>> with the cereals.

Freshly baked rolls and croissants, warm from the oven with an assortment of jams, jellies and spreads.

Platters of sliced hams and cheeses, salads and crackers
Spinach and broccoli quiche,

In the warmers:
Bacon, scrambled eggs, sausages, grilled tomatoes, grilled mushrooms, hash browns.
Eggs - poached, fried, or omelettes (with a variety of fillings) cooked to your requirements.

Orange muffins, peach tart sultana scones

Tea, Coffee and juices

Sorry it's not up to Sylvia's or Persie's standards but enjoy !

Dea Xxx

Well, good morning all ! :-D

I seem to be the only one here - shall I put the warmers on and get the pans ready ?

I expect you are fighting your way through the error messages again :-(

I eventually managed to get in by a very roundabout method :-( :-(

OOhhh- I just had a look.

It is REALLY SAD that someone should abuse their own body so badly!

Just think about Michael Jackson !! - It is the same sort of thing!

She must be a very sad and troubled person :-( :-( :-(

I am even more concerned about her family and friends as she will, no doubt, come to a very sad end 'before her time' !!

I hope it does not damage them too much :-( :-( :-(

It's good to have a lazy day sometimes Linds. Glad you you had a good day. :-D

Good grief Gins.......the woman in that clip! Brought back images of the old Black and White Minstrel show.

So..........went over to my friends and we cleared a couple of wardrobes. My poor little Toyota was weighed down with black bags for the charity shop...... :-S

Glad to be home and chillaxing. :-D

aaaarrrrrrggggghhhhhhhh puff puff pant pant........wheeze

Looks like I missed a super breakfast.......any coffee left? Thanks Persie.

That trolley was really useful Dea.......I could get round much quicker with all my cleaning stuff on wheels. Sorry I forgot to put it away.

This morning I opened the cupboard door to get a mug for my coffee.

What did I find???

A four litre bottle of milk which I had put there instead of in the fridge last night....:-S :-S :-S :-S

I knew today was going to be a bit hectic so I got up and sorted things out ready for the first caller of the day - the home alarm people to do the annual service. Due at 9.30 - they arrived at 9.00am. I was still in the middle of drying my hair...... :-|

They went and the next caller was due at 10am. - fixing a stair rail for us. He arrived at 9.30am. :-S

It was like Paddington Station for an hour!!!

Off to vote and OH decides he wants to walk home...........gulp. I am nervous of him being out on his ownio so drove off in some trepidation. Fortunately it is downhill and he managed fine. Doing things like that whilst the meds are working, really boosts his confidence. He'll probably be fit for nothing later.

This afternoon I am going to see my friend to help her sort out her wardrobes.......apparently I will need a trailer to take stuff to the charity shop...... :-0

After that, a doctor's appointment, evening meal and ...............then I can sit down............ :-D

Welcome to retirement....... ;-)
