Awwwhhh Ginns - I have made you a 'chinese' spicy vegetable thingy served with lovely rice - You can fold it up in the chilled iceberg lettuce cups and enjoy ..................

It will probably be just as nice Cynths (and a lot less work!) - Chinese food takes only minutes to cook but AGES of chopping and shredding are involved !

I like to do it though and I do 'cheat ' a bit on the rice as I cook a whole big wok full at once and then freeze it in portions so I only have to take that out and egg fry it or 'ping' it !:-D
