I am not computer literate Fans but can usually sort things through 'logic' .

I may be wrong but if it is still in your out box, my thinking is that it's constantly starting to 'send' and then failing, thus blocking out the server and closing down the connection?? (I know what I mean ;-)).

SO, is there any way you can contact your Internet Provider people and see if they can do anything from their end??

Other than that, On my mail, I have the ability to drag a message from the out box and put it into draughts or deleted items, from where it can be deleted, even if I can not delete it from the outbox.

It could be that you cannot do any of these things while your internet is connected because it is in the process of being sent?

Perhaps if you turned off your internet connection for a while (unplug your modem??) and tried to do these things then, it just might work ??

Fanny

Are you getting any error message or is it just taking a long time to send?

You could try leaving Outlook open over night and see if its been sent in the morning. Either that or send it over to drafts and save it as a zip file, it should go a lot quicker then

C

I can remember back to funerals in the 50s when how good it was depended on how good the funeral tea was! :-D

The oldies who had been to the funeral would say something along the lines of ..............

"Ee, that was a reet good send off awd Joe got. Tea was reet good."

Nary a word about the service!

Lovely funeral today....packed church, standing room only - a fitting send off for a lovely little lady. <3

Jonesey, I remember how much I used to be in fear of the dentist back in the 70's. He was a Jew with little sense of humour and what seemed to be very blunt needles!!!!! Nowadays, it's a doddle...... :-D

Where's Linds gorn now?

Was doing a bit of browsing on another site and came across a marriage for my gt.grandfather - the mystery one ?????? Had no idea he had been married twice before he set up home with someone else - where did he get the energy from......
It's been a lovely day weather wise.........so nice.... :-D :-S
