I've just found a bag of Marmite oven roasted cashews left over from Christmas......they're gorgeous.

We were in Yugoslavia when it was my 40th...... :-D



He hasn't been back to the dark side yet so I am hoping all went well today...... :-S



OH bought a new hi fi system yesterday - just a small table top gizmo but, of course, I decided that our old lamp looked out of place........we now have a new lamp as well. :-D :-D :-D :-D


Got a busy day tomorrow so going for a browse round.........

I've been faffing about on the dark side trying to find a suitable pic to post on my son's page. Sorted!


Went to see him last night and he was telling us all about his fab weekend - sounded great and I'm so pleased for him. Then he asked me if his wife had told me what he was doing today.

No - I hadn't a clue.

I nearly keeled over when he told me he was skydiving.............. :-0 :-0 :-0 :-0 :-0


Then he put me out of my misery and told me that there is a place in Manchester which simulates skydiving and he is going there! Talk about shock!!!!

I wonder who he gets his 'teasing' traits from............ :-D :-D :-D


Must go and get my shower as am heading off to a funeral later.........as one does.... :-(

had bad news yesterday ............


our friend who is suffering from dementia has now been diagnosed with a cancer of the bile duct. Nothing can be done, except keep him fed and comfortable. One doctor apparently said 1 year. :-(
