I've got a bit of good news though.....have finally traced, with help from my lovely friends on here (and elsewhere ;-) ) - a brand new cousin for my OH. Just wondering about how to get in touch with him now.........hmmmmmm.


I was very naughty today, but I ain't going to tell that Dea......she'll be very, very cross with me.

But it was delicious........ :-D ;-) :-D

It puts all our 'little problems' into perspective doesn't it ???

At least we have already had a long and happy life - his was very short but I sincerely hope that he managed to have a lot of happiness in it too !

My thoughts and very best wishes are sent to his family and friends - I hope they can find some comfort in the knowledge that he will no longer have to suffer.......

Went on to FB to check if my friend in Australia had posted (those of you on the dark side will know her son has been very ill battling leukaemia only 16 has been fighting for nearly 5 years)

So sad to find she had posted that David died at 13.20 W.A. time today.

I do have to go out got things that need to be done BUT....

Tea and coffee etc is ready and there are fresh croissants and danish pastries.............

Have just put on the bacon, sausages, eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes etc. so they won't take long.

Have browsed around......OH has been swapping channels......first of all it was Roy Rogers - the film was all tinted green it was so old. Then he moved onto Seven which is horrific. He came off that and is now on a Steven Seagal film........I suppose variety is the spice of life!
