	Popped in to say a quick hello OH has GD at park so got 10 minutes to myself :-D Gins you were up very early you will be tired tonight how is J doing? David hope all goes ok today :-) Toots I would rather go "there" than do housework :-D The sky is getting really dark I think OH and GD will be back soon - peace shattered :-D

	Good morning all :-D You could have at least put the kettle on Gins.........tuts....... ;-) Something light to start with: Warm croissants Hot rolls Various spreads Assortment of cereals...... Porridge... Moving on to ...... Full English Poached Eggs on toast/crumpets Scrambled Eggs Bacon butty Coffee/tea/juice Enjoy. Dea, he wasn't too bad actually but, she altered his recliner to make his posture better and now he can't get comfy! :-( Lovely day here......must get some washing done......

	Good evening everyone I keep forgetting to come on this site, I guess it will take a little time to get use to it again. Been to work today, need to clear the dining room for the decorator coming in tomorrow :-( I hate the smell of paint but will be glad when it's done.

	Poor David......hope it all goes well for you. Nice to hear from you again. Sounds like it's the Tuesday Night Gang now Gins.....Enjoy.... :-D No cheeky Stonewall....I am NOT a pain in the neck...........as if..... ;-) Physio plus student duly arrived and spend an hour and a half here. Really nice young woman. They had OH on his chair, his bed and other chair, showing him how to keep his shoulder/neck/back muscles in good shape and how to improve and maintain posture. It was quite funny to watch...... :-D

	Good morning... :-D I've just spotted those two lovely words..........................fried bread :-D I think I can manage some of that along with the scrabbled eggs on toast....thank you Sylvs. :-D Another beautiful morning.....sorry you've got OFSTED Gins....... :-( OH has his neuro physio returning today........he was suffering with really bad neck pain a few months ago, so we put in a request. Guess what? His neck is better.........mind you, it does tend to come and go, so some advice will be welcome. Going for a browse here and........there ;-)
