Sylvia the weather has gone mad everywhere. Different seasons sometimes on the same day :-)

I used to love the heat but now I can only sit out for about half an hour. the rain has just stopped who knows what today is going to be like :-(

OH went to meet one of his friends (they meet once a week and exercise the dogs)

When he left the sun was out I just hope he didn't get caught in the rain which has now stopped :-S

We are going to visit in-laws today. Yesterday was F-I-L's 86th birthday. They have been married for 63 years :-D

and just imagine ............... I turned the heating on on Tuesday morning when our niece and her girls were here, because it was cold!

I am jealous have had the heating on the past couple of nights so much for flaming June :-S

I think I have mentioned that we have been preparing to put our cabin on the market??

A friend down here who is a realtor put us in contact with one up there ........ and that one said he would go and look at the place and give us an "honest assessment"

He phoned last night .................. and I nearly feel off my chair.

His estimate is that we should get almost double the price that we have thinking possible :-D

he admits it will need a very special person who falls in love with the 20 acres, etc ............ so we may have to wait.


But still ........................ :-) :-) :-)


The sign is already up, even though we have not yet signed a contract with him ............. he said that 4 cars drove past the farm gate while he was there, and this is a Long Weekend, so he thought it good to get the information out there ........... while hoping we would not object :-)
