	Good morning.............looking round in a bewildered manner... :-S It rather looks as though I am on a belated breakfast duty. In that case, and because I am facing a busy day, it will be a bit rushed. Coffee/Tea/Juice >>>>> Bacon, eggs, sausages and mushrooms - keeping warm. Lots of fresh rolls and toast Plenty of cold cereals and some porridge Fresh fruit LK, when you look back to when Fred was born, there are names on here which haven't been seen in ages..... :-( Must go.............~~~~~~

	B arrived safely, about 11:30 this morning We stopped off at our coffee shop to have "lunch" before coming on home ........ well, it is on the way from the airport, almost He and OH left to go downtown, to the major Canada Day celebration site about 3 hours ago they might be home for dinner (in about 90 minutes) ...................... or they might not They might stay down there to watch the fireworks, at 10:30 pm (or about 6 hours from now) ................... or they might not. In other words, I have no idea when they will be home!!!! :-D :-D :-D :-D

	Good morning everyone and Happy Birthday to our Fred - bless him. He's kept many a person on here sane (ha ha) and has provided laughter and comfort in equal measure. <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 HAPPY BIRTHDAY FRED <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 Thank you for breakfast Sylvs - it sounds unbearably hot where you are....... :-( It's overcast here and a bit cool - funny old weather for July. Lots of lovely ironing to tackle at some stage today but not sure what our 'exercise ' programme is :-) Back later.......~~~~

	HAPPY BURFDAY FRED. :-D Three years old. Been viewed by 12,599 different GR members. Has had over 45,500 posts. Prevented countless duplicated posts. Survived two attacks by the phantom referrer. Well done!!!!
	Researching: Don't put off until tomorrow doing what you can do today. If you like doing it today you can do it again tomorrow. Be kind to your children for it is they who will decide which care home you end up in.
