Mrs J has just come home early from her singing group practice saying that there are also disturbances in Birmingham and some premises are on fire in the Perry Barr area which is about 3 miles from where I live are.

The deeds show the houses already built, got the deeds out and mine was built in 1922

Does not show any land before as there were lots of houses built at the same time

GR FB.....why are they prompting opinions of the riots in London?

Old maps will show you what was there Ginns - there is a good website for them but I don't kow what it is just now - I will look it up as soon as I can if no-one else has given it to you by then.

Your deeds will tell you when it was built and who first owned it etc ----in fact your deeds are the complete history of your house

It does seem as your are the last built --- but the first on the road -- so to speak

I know you can log on to Land Registry and check your house boundaries etc it may tell you more

If it was built i 1920 s ---- then it should be on 1929 ER ----------

I am here. I have just got back from my day of home visits. We had to cancel the last few as we were in New Cross and about to head into the congestion zone when the rioting kicked off. We also had a repair to do in Lewisham. We saw SPG vehicles heading into Lewisham and could hear more. Managed to get home a roundabout route but so worried. The Pekham fire is where daughter and OH sometimes works. The practice is owned by close friends. The fire has now spread to Greggs and thepractice is next door but one to it. You can see the green shutters in the footage. Their other practice is in Brixton where several buildings were burnt down last night within a hundred yards of the shop. Younger daughter's OH was in Birmingham City centre when it kicked off there. :-( :-( :-( :-( :-( :-( :-(

Renes I am 110 and the last house on the 1911 is 87. After 87 it turns into town houses and then to semi and detached the further up the hill you get

I think mine was built about 1920, we're the first semi on the hill

I'll pass on the worms

Today I was told by 3 year old that "worms dont have eyes and faces"when he was drawing one.......Well thats what he said it was and it made me think of Gins.
