	Hi everyone, Hope you are all doing okay. Sorry to hear of your loss Dea, hugs to you. Sylvia, are you doing okay? LK did you make it safely through another day/night...hope it has settled down a bit. How sad those people were killed...what is it coming to.

	Hi Dea, Sorry to hear of your bereavement. Never an easy time made more unpalatable no doubt due to the fact that he was your only sibling. Please accept my condolences.
	Researching: Don't put off until tomorrow doing what you can do today. If you like doing it today you can do it again tomorrow. Be kind to your children for it is they who will decide which care home you end up in.

	Yep.....I'm here Dea but not for long. Nearly my bedtime. Just watching the news again re the riots.......aren't those deaths in Birmingham dreadful???

	Hi Jonesey, No sign of Sylvia so that has me worried. Also - I had a visit from a very nice Policeman this morning who informed me that me brother (and only sibling) had died !!! Feling a bit 'low' Dea Xxx

	Wouldn't know Gins... Wasn't born then! Renes, I know what you mean.....I was looking at our house prices the other day and I think OH should have retired at 65 instead of 68 - the prices were quite low then. Been out. Come back. Must finish my messaging and other bits and pieces.

	Its not stopped all day....the rain. It been like early Oct today, not too cold, wet on and off, dull and windy Sylv.....not heard from you today, hope you are OK LK...thank gowed things settled in London. I know there were rumours that the riots would spread everywhere in the UK And how refreshing that the Londoners all got together to go and clear up....fantastic. The best was a guy this morning on the news that said we all have to stand and show these people.... Eeeee Cyns, just like the war years ;-)

	Good Luck Sylvia, Regarding riots.... I tend to wonder why the military were not called in. One punch or one stone thrown is all it can take to spark a riot and the dark side of human nature to spill over. You know it's wrong but it's okay because other people are doing it ... it only takes one person to throw the first stone. However, it could be likely that most people were already prone to anti-social and aggressive behaviour and the riots have given them an opportunity to vent their rage. I believe there had been a peaceful march a while ago and it didn't get press coverage... so now this has, they have been recognised not for the right reasons but they have gained recognition all over the world. There will be a disaffected group in society and this is the opportunity for them to voice their aggressions. and then there's basically hooligans who will jump on the bandwagon just for the hell of it. Some people think about stealing, burning and general violence but their conscience or society prevents them from doing it.... they see it in the movies and on television... and now the riots have provided them the context to do so. The use of cellphones and youtube etc have enabled people to pass it on... in some cases they are seen smashing up their own communities which would normally be irrational behaviour to them, but this situation is not normal. And of course a lot of the stuff that was stolen would for the most part be unobtainable to many of them. Oh well
