Vegetable curry, freshly cooked pilau rice,

Puree with sweet milk and honey.

Wall....ha ya doin

I have been to Church this morning and then to a community centre this afternoon with my students

Every bit of my body aches like mad.....thank gowed we are back in the class room tomorrow

The church put a little lunch on for us and were soooo happy with what we acheived. We had thirty six students there, my lot and another tutors group

We acheived so much as a team and I am VERY proud of them all

I love my job..............

Gins.....it's amazing what it takes to get you into church!

Bob forgot his wedding anniversary. His wife was mad. She told him "Tomorrow morning, I expect to find a gift in the driveway that goes from 0 to 200 in 6 seconds AND IT BETTER BE THERE!!!" The next morning when his wife woke up, she looked out the window to find a box… gift-wrapped in the middle of the driveway. She opened it and found a brand new bathroom scale. . . Bob has been missing since Friday

I thought Gins was doing

" a don't look Ethel" and they call her the streak fastest thing on two feet....

Did not realise it was Peach yoghurt in her hair... thought she had borrowed a hat from Cyns... need to go see LK and get my glasses cleaned.

Well done with the physio Sylvia, It is important as you would know to get all your stretching exercises after the mastectomy sorted. My OH is on at me to go to the osteopath. But my aches and pains are here today gone tomorrow... though my foot still gives me gyp and I broke it in Feb 2010. My doctor sent me to physio once had hips and legs aches, and they told me to get a new bed.

Perhaps you and the eightyyearolds can do a sit down hokey cokey.

Yep, must have been - she's sitting in her car munching a muffin with yoghurt dripping from her hair. Yuk.
