	Correction Ginns !! - I ate your lovely breakfast first and then went into Sylvia's hidey place !! Hey - I can do veggie !!! We are all waiting though to find out how our Sylvs is doing !!! I can't stay up too late but I can get up early to find out (Can't get washed and dressed until late though, no matter how hard I try !!!) 	Yum Persie! I'm with you Cynthia..I LOVE pancakes with lemon and sugar!!!! If only we could have all this lovely food in real life WITHOUT gaining weight or having to prepare it ourselves! Hope you are all well and having a good day :-) :-)

	I had a late morning as my students have another tutor today! I will polish off: Mushrooms on toasted brioche and croissant with scrambled eggs, tomato & cheese. Now that was worth waiting for............thank you Pers

	Not bad at all Persie! Sugar and lemon for me please. I can eat pancakes any time of the day or night! Thank you. It's quite good now being able to access here when quiet at my vol.job. :-D

	Thank goodness you have turned up Dea.. I thought I might have to get my trolley and take it down to the homeless LOL... not really just having a go at that Gins who is always wanting an early breakfast. Time before last when I was doing breakfast OH wondered who was banging on our door. . ;-)

	Breakfast.... sort of crepey (not crappy) style. Galettes: Traditional: Sauteed mushrooms, ham egg & cheddar cheese La Sibril : Home smoked salmon, braised beetroots, asparagus flan, almond & strawberry pesto jus La poularde : Stuffed chicken balentine w mushrooms, smoked butter nuts puree, baked apple, goat cheese croustillon & devil sauce La Vignoc : Marinated artichokes & feta, sautéed gourmet potatoes, French beans, red cabbage & apple chutney, roasted pecan, herbs oil & balsamic syrup Crepes: Crepe suzette, marinated oranges, caramel & mixed peel Poached pear, chocolate sauce & roasted almonds Bacon & maple syrup Lemon & sugar Mixed Berries compote La bretonne, toffee sauce & sea salt Danishes: Apricot & crème patissier Oranais, Mixed berry & custard brioche, Passion fruit spiral, Pain au chocolat. also: Mushrooms on toasted brioche, with or without bacon, or Filled croissant with scrambled eggs, tomato & cheese. Toasted Muesli With fresh fruit salad, yoghurt & maple syrup Smoothies, Coffee, tea or milo... juices. Have a happy day!! :-) Pxx
