	Who are you calling 'normal'?????? If you are going to be abusive then I shall report you!!!! lol And ..... what is 'normal'??? I would argue that I am not 'quite' normal, but this is only according to my friends and family and I dont know whether that counts?

	There you all are!!! I have been looking for you [obviously in the wrong place!] Jax - you are correct - we have 8 bank holidays standard - but we sometimes have public holidays on top of those i.e. the Queen's Diamond Jubilee in 2012 [I have already booked days off for the rest of that week to make it a week - spring bank holiday has been moved + plus public holiday = 2 days!!!] As far as working bank holidays - well employers have argued that if you normally work on a Monday, and they ask you to work on a bank holiday [Monday] then this is part of your working week - and so doesnt mean any more pay for working a bank holiday!!
