I hope not Sylv that does'nt sound nice :-(

We have decorators coming Thurs and Friday to paint some of the outside (not sure what) was also told they may have to come in side and paint a window sill??? the only one I can think of is in the kitchen/diner and whenever this agent comes to do an inspection she looks at it??

Its a cream colour...dont think it has ever been white but it matches the rest of the paint work...nothing wrong with it.

If that is the case I will have to tell them that they can paint it but expect paw prints throughout the house, because thats where the cat likes to sit and watch the birds :-D

I think I am going to ache tomorrow had a fall in the kitchen tonight and my right arm and shoulder feel as though they are bruised also my back
:-( why do I only fall when HID has gone to bed as I cannot get back up again without sliding myself to the dining room table where there is a rug to get some grip...now I feel a bruise on my leg aghhh

Dea we had the best coffee we had had in Las Vegas a few years ago, before Starbucks hit Australia. Unfortunately when it came out to Melbourne, it wasn't anywhere near as nice...mind you Melbourne has a massive coffee culture s it had pretty stiff competition!

When dad died we went through probate and all 5 of us kids had it sorted....then mom came back from the US and SPANNER...

'I am still his wife'....in other words, she took over.. QUELLE SUPRIS. They had been seperated about 18 years, but Catholic religion meant they never divorced

'cos if it was ........ I don't go there myself. I don't like their coffee, I think it is terrible.

Their only saving grace is that if all else fails ................... they do have soy milk for lattes! But I have to be desperate before I have it


We go to a little independent coffee shop which is combined with a second-hand bookstore.

No lecy tomorrow as they doing summat in village between 9am and 3.30pm so I wont be around then either,but it does mean that the electric concrete mixer wont work so I have a day off from that ,BUT,I am making gates instead and "possibly"catching up on some H****work...But not Ho*v**ing as no lecy...:)

I can vaguely remember probate for my father taking quite a long time Dea. So much red tape etc.etc.

It's not just the financial side to it Dea.....like people need all the stress of a long drawn out probate when they have lost a loved one

You make a good point about probate in the 1800s......and they didnt have puters..........or red tape :-|
