Grace.....I have to say that I doubt I would have been pressured into changing my board name for those reasons. I think I may have been tempted to have either 'blocked' the sender or reported them. It is tantamount to bullying and that is not acceptable.

My name was Superjax on the gaming sites I use to play...not that I was any good, but it was something I was called because I used to nearly always win this monthly comp at work for serving the most amount of people plus different things we had to sell...which was called the super sellers.....Think I may change my name to that on here now :-D

I am off to exercise class shortly. I have to lift the dumb bells... I may go up a weight... but I am not keen on getting closer to the floor with my press ups... we'll see. My hardest exercise sounds easy but I can only just manage three of them and I have to hold the stupid position for 30 seconds... so trainer has me facing the clock when I do it.... I actually pray when I am doing it... I say over and over again God make the seconds go faster but it doesn't work. Oh me of little faith. :-)

They are very crafty on that site Gracie, but they do have quite a lot of info.

Re my gr gr grannie... that is not her hair that's the darn ribbons on her bonnet... these avatars are so small you cannot tell. LOL



Edit... sorry started to post then went out to bring washing in and by that time Sylvs had made several appearances in her pink boa and now Gracie has posted again.

Physio Marj is very pleased with my progress

.......... and decided that I could cancel one fo the appointments made for next week, and also for the week after.


I still have to go on Saturday.



I now have to fill two plastic bottles with water, one to weigh 1 lb, and the second to weigh 2 lbs ............... then use them for soem strengthening exercises.




Gins............. thats about 450 gms and about 900 gms :-D

Hope you had a good physio session!

In case anyone notices I changed my board name after receiving two not very nice pm's about what a stupid name it was etc etc...fancy having tickets on myself etc ...pity that I wasn't referring to myself in the board name but to my daughter.because to me she is amazing!..I didn't think it was offensive but it must have been to someone!

Hopefully they will leave me alone now. :-)

I am going to skulk now in teh corner and hope noone notices me!
