	Breakfast is ready Tea, coffee, juices Cold cereals:- Corn Flakes, Rice Crispies, Alpen, Cheerios, Granola Hot cereal:- Porridge In the warmer:- Irish smoked bacon, turkey sausages, potato pancakes, home-fried potatoes with garlic and bacon, broccoli and mushroom omelette, ham and cheese omelette, cheesy sausage and egg bake, grilled tomatoes, grilled mushrooms, baked beans, fried bread, black pudding bacon & cheese quiche, cheese and onion tarts, broccoli and cheddar quiche Ulster Fry-up, Vietnamese spring rolls (vegetarian) with sesame dip, stirfry (chicken, beef, or vegetarian) Maille Croque Monsieur (French ….. basically ham, cheese and tomato sandwich on toasted bread, with Maille Mustard), Caribbean Banana Fritters, Breakfast Wrap (scrambled eggs, green pepper, tomatoes, green onions, mushrooms, hashbrowns, cheddar and salsa), Calzone stuffed with scrambled egg and pork sausage), cheese blintz with blueberry compote and turkey sausage, Buttermilk Dollar Pancakes, Lemon Blueberry Pancakes, French toast, Peanut Butter Crunch French Toast, Maple syrup, Saskatoon Berry Fruit Syrup Peach Yoghurt, Lemon Yoghurt, Blueberry Yoghurt, Vanilla Bean Yoghurt Toast (sourdough, rye, white, whole grain, 100% brown, Hovis, gluten free), crumpets, barm cakes, buttermilk scones Muffins -- bran muffins, blueberry muffins, zucchini oatmeal muffins, gluten-free cranberry and orange muffins Jams, jellies, lime marmalade, 3 fruit marmalade, marmite, peanut butter, vegemite enjoy :-D make sure you don't get too wet out there today :-) :-) :-) s xxxx

	it's absolutely pouring with rain out there which means it will be snowing up on the ski hills on the other side of the harbour and also, that the reservoirs are getting filled up :-D s xxx

	May have to have only one more of these special physio sessions ...... if I get enough strength back in my arm :-) Next session is in 3 weeks time s xxx

	I kept paintings, awards, certificates, christmas tree decor, cushions and all sorts that my boys made....still put the Christmas ones on the tree! Well done for eating his apple......with peel :-D

	Little grandson got a 'certificate' today from his Nursery- 'Well done' for eating his apple with the peel on ! Now, that is something to put away and keep safe for the grand-children to cherish ??? Dea Xxx :-D
