(I would have said 'invisible' - as in 'not there', but I thought that 'see-through' would be more 'tantalising' for them wot don't keep up !!!)

I am back at work today. Doing new window tomorrow.
Anyone fancy checking this one out. Thomas James is described as a widower in 1861. In 1851 he is described as married but no wife present. The mother of his children is Susan from their baptisms. Thomas George and Ellen all born before 1848
The only death in Kent possible seems to be
Deaths Jun 1876 (>99%) Knight Susan 66 Dartford 2a 226
England & Wales Christening Records, 1530-1906 about Thomas James Knight Name: Thomas James Knight Gender: Male Birth Date: abt 1819 Christening Date: 5 Dec 1819 Christening Place: Dartford, Kent, England Father's name: Joseph Knight Mother's name: Jane 1851 Address: 4, Lowfield Street Stains Row, Dartford KNIGHT, Jane Head Widow F 59 1792 Dartford Kent KNIGHT, Thomas Son Married M 31 1820 Laborer Oil Mills Dartford Kent KNIGHT, Benjamin Son Unmarried M 18 1833 Errand Boy Dartford Kent SHEPPARD, Mary Daughter Married F 28 1823 Dartford Kent SHEPPARD, Thomas Son-In-Law Married M 46 1805 Laborer Coal Wharf Crayford Kent KNIGHT, Thomas Grand Son Unmarried M 12 1839 Twine Spinner Boy Dartford Kent KNIGHT, Ellen Grand Daughter F 3 1848 Dartford Kent

I do not have the marriage for Thomas and Susan for her surname.
I cannot seem to access the old family search records .
I have just found this but that is a a spanner in the works.

Would you believe it ?????????
You may remember a few weeks ago I went to check on my neighbour's house over the road (she had gone to India for 3 months and I had a key to go in and check). - Anyway, I found all her water pipes frozen and the tank in the loft frozen with several inches of ice. I turned off the water etc and contacted her children.
They came over and called a plumber, on my suggestion - It appeared the water pipe had burst near the stop tap inside the kitchen cupboard and he eventually fixed it and put on all the necessary new parts.
Anyway, the daughter has just been over to see me with a HUGE bag of Marks & Spencers 'goodies' - Chocolates, biscuits, cakes, chutneys, pickles, more chocolates and biscuits etc etc.... - I will be trying to munch my way through these until 2012 !!!!!!!!
Anyone care to help me out here ???
